We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and colors of our products to the best of our knowledge. However, we cannot guarantee complete accuracy due to variations in devices, screens, or minor product changes. We assume no liability for any discrepancies or misunderstandings resulting from such variations in the terms & conditions above.

3. ACCESS AND USE

3.1 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal, and non-commercial license to access and use our Site and App. All other rights remain expressly reserved.

3.2 User Representations

You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

• You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

• You are responsible for your activities and interactions with the Services.

3.3 Prohibited Uses

You explicitly agree NOT to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, or alter protected materials on our Site or App without express written permission.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code from our App or Services.

• Engage in any unlawful or unauthorized activity when using the Site or Services.

• Use Products purchased from us for commercial, business, or resale purposes.

• Export, re-export, or transfer Products to countries or territories in violation of applicable export laws and regulations.

• Modify, copy, sell, lease, or distribute any portion of the Services without our prior explicit written authorization.

• Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity through our Services.

• Conduct web scraping, data mining, or automated data collection without our express written consent.

4. MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY

Bond Ring has the right to disable any username, password, or other identifier at any time, whether chosen by you or provided by Bond Ring, if in our opinion you have violated these Terms.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring your account information (including contact and payment details) is accurate and current. You are also responsible for regularly reviewing your associated account email for communications from Bond Ring.

4.3 Liability

You are responsible for all activities under your account. We are not liable for any loss due to stolen or hacked Credentials. You are solely responsible for securing compatible hardware, internet access, and any necessary backup or security measures for using the Services. We are not responsible for data loss or damage resulting from your use of the Services.

4.4 Support

We will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide support services for the Services. However, this Agreement does not entitle you to any guaranteed support level, availability, or response time.

5. PURCHASES, PAYMENTS, AND FEES

5.1 Paid Services and Fees

Certain aspects of our Services (e.g., product purchases or subscriptions) require payment. You agree to pay all fees, taxes, and charges incurred.

5.2 Pre-Orders

We may offer Products on a pre-order basis. Pre-order fees are charged at the time of ordering. Estimated shipping dates are subject to change; we do not guarantee a specific delivery date for pre-orders.

5.3 Payment Method

By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it. We (or our payment processors) may validate your payment details. If the payment method cannot be verified or is invalid, we may suspend or cancel your Paid Service.

5.4 Pricing and Taxes

Prices displayed may not include taxes or duties unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, or other charges imposed by local authorities. We reserve the right to adjust Fees at any time. If we change the Fees, we will provide notice at least thirty (30) days in advance, and your continued use of the Services indicates acceptance.

5.5 Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at any time for any reason, including errors in product or pricing information. If we suspect improper intention, we may refuse or cancel your order.

5.6 Communications and Marketing

By providing your contact information to Bond Ring, you consent to receive communications (by phone, email, text message, or other means) regarding orders, accounts, subscriptions, promotions, billing, and telemarketing. Standard carrier/data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)

6.1 Automatic Renewal

If we offer subscription services, they automatically renew at the then-current rate unless canceled. Any free trial will convert to a paid subscription if not canceled before the trial ends.

6.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. We generally do not provide refunds for unused subscription periods; however, you will retain access until the end of the current term.

6.3 Payment Authorization

By providing a valid payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use it. You authorize us or our third-party payment processor to charge your payment method for all fees, taxes, and charges related to the subscription. If we cannot verify your payment method, we may suspend or cancel your subscription.

Refunds are not issued unless required by law. Discounts may not be combined or stacked unless explicitly permitted. Your payment obligations survive any termination or cancellation of this Agreement.

7. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

7.1 Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are approximate. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control. Delivery methods may vary depending on product availability and address. If no one is present at the delivery address, you may need to contact the courier for redelivery. If you choose options like signature release or leaving with a neighbor, Bond Ring is not responsible for any resulting loss or damage.

7.2 Address and Receipt

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not liable for shipments delivered to an incorrect address that you provide. If no one is available to sign for the order, it is your responsibility to arrange redelivery or pickup with the carrier.

7.3 International Delivery

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees. You are responsible for complying with local laws and paying any applicable charges. If you return a product, any refund of duties/taxes may depend on whether they were included in the original purchase price or must be reclaimed from local customs.

THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ALL INFORMATION, TEXT, PHOTOGRAPHS, IMAGES, ILLUSTRATIONS, GRAPHICS, AUDIO, VIDEO, AND AUDIO-VIDEO CLIPS, WHETHER PROVIDED BY US OR THIRD PARTIES, ARE NOT INTENDED TO BE AND SHOULD NOT BE USED IN PLACE OF:

(a) THE ADVICE OF YOUR PHYSICIAN OR OTHER MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS,

(b) A VISIT, CALL, OR CONSULTATION WITH YOUR PHYSICIAN OR OTHER MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS, OR

(c) INFORMATION CONTAINED ON OR IN ANY PRODUCT PACKAGING OR LABEL.

If you have any health-related questions, consult your physician promptly. Never disregard medical advice or delay in seeking it because of any information presented on the Services.

Bond Ring disclaims all liability under this Agreement for any information you provide to Bond Ring that may constitute electronic patient health records or similar information supplied by you or an end user, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement or as otherwise required by applicable federal, state, or international laws, rules, or regulations.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

11.1 Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including trademarks, service marks, logos, text, graphics, images, software code, and other content, are owned or licensed by Bond Ring.

11.2 Copyrighted Works

All content provided in association with the Services (collectively, “Content”), including the Site, the Product, the App, and the underlying technology, is exclusively owned or licensed by Bond Ring. You agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, or publicly display the Content or any portion thereof without Bond Ring’s prior written permission.

11.3 Feedback

If you provide Bond Ring with any communications or materials (by mail, email, telephone, or otherwise) suggesting or recommending changes to the Services, including new features or functionality (“Feedback”), Bond Ring is free to use such Feedback without any attribution or compensation to you. Bond Ring may use any ideas, know-how, concepts, or techniques contained in the Feedback for any purpose.

11.4 Product Safety

Our Product should not be placed in the mouth at any time. Bond Ring’s Product is not a toy and is not intended for use by children. Children should not be left unattended with this Product, as it may pose a choking hazard.

12. LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

AS-IS DISCLAIMER: THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” “WITH ALL FAULTS,” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. BOND RING AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY BOND RING OR AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

LIMITED WARRANTY ON PRODUCTS: Bond Ring warrants to the original end-user purchaser that the Product is free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. If your local law requires a longer warranty period, this warranty is extended to the extent required by law. Within this period, we will repair or replace defective components at no charge. You are responsible for transportation costs. Replacement products may be new or refurbished at our discretion.

This limited warranty does not cover:

1. Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, dents).

2. Damage resulting from failure to use the Product in accordance with instructions.

3. Damage due to accidents, floods, fires, misuse, or abuse.

4. Damage from unauthorized service, tampering, or alterations.

5. Use of the Product with any application or software other than the Bond Ring App.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Bond Ring nor its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, licensors, or affiliates shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, business, or data) arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, any claim shall be limited to USD $1 or the total amount you paid Bond Ring for the applicable Product or Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bond Ring, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, licensors, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

• Your use or misuse of the Services.

• Any breach of a third party’s rights (including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity).

• Anyone else’s use of your account or Credentials.

15. TERMINATION; CANCELLATION

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or following the instructions in your account settings. You remain responsible for any fees incurred before termination.

Upon termination, your license to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive any termination of these Terms.

16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION, MANDATORY ARBITRATION, AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER

Any dispute under these Terms shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration before a single arbitrator. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for unauthorized use or infringement of intellectual property.

17. MISCELLANEOUS

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any linked policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services, superseding all prior agreements.

• Severability: If any provision is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it shall be severable and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

• Waiver: Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may freely assign these Terms.

BY USING OUR SITE, APP, OR PRODUCTS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THESE TERMS AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.
