Bond Ring – July reservations FAQ

  • Yes! Your reservation deposit is fully refundable. You can cancel anytime before launch by emailing us at VIP@bondring.com, and you’ll receive a prompt, no-questions-asked refund.

  • Your shipment timeline depends on when you complete the final payment:

    Pay by August 20, 2025 → Ships in Q4 2025

    Pay in September–October 2025 → Ships in Q1 2026

    Pay after November 1, 2025 → Ships in Q2 2026 or later

  • Bond Ring is available in sizes 5 to 14, and also in size 16. We do not currently offer size 15.

  • After your final payment, you’ll receive a sizing and color selection kit shipped in October, 2025.

    You’ll have 14 days to try the sizing kit at home and confirm your perfect fit before we finalize your order.

  • We’ll be going through applications for beta testers in September 2025. Please reach us at beta@bondring.com if you are interested in beta testing.

  • Some customers use different emails for subscription, checkout, or payment methods (e.g. Apple Pay). This can trigger reminder emails to multiple addresses.

  • Yes, Bond Ring is FSA/HSA eligible.

  • We cannot change the original email linked to your reservation for security reasons. However, we can update your preferred email for future communications. Once your ring arrives, you’ll be able to link your account to any email you choose.

  • Unfortunately, we can’t add rings to an existing order. To purchase another ring, you’ll need to place a new order at the current price, past VIP pricing can’t be applied retroactively.
